September 15, 2020 will be a historic day for the whole world, it is on this day that the long-awaited and unique agreement on diplomatic and political cooperation between Israel and the United Arab Emirates will be signed. The signing of this agreement will take place in the US capital, Washington, at the White House. The delegation from the UAE will be led by Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, and from the Israeli side, the delegation will be led by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Political cooperation was announced back in mid-August by American President Donald Trump. The American side acted as an adviser and mediator in this matter.

The first visit to the United Arab Emirates by delegates from Israel took place on August 31, 2020. Among those arriving from Israel were Donald Trump's adviser Jerad Kushner and Israeli Security Minister Meir Ben-Shabbat, as well as various Israeli officials.

In early September, at the talks, the topics of comprehensive interactions in the economic, technological and tourism spheres were identified.

On September 9, the UAE already received a delegation of businessmen who arrived in the Emirates to agree and discuss issues of business cooperation, financing, investment, etc. Also, issues of finance and industrial development were discussed. Much attention was paid to the UAE banking system and anti-crisis development during the pandemic.

A very important issue for discussion was also the establishment of export-import relations between countries. The first cargo plane from Israel is expected to arrive on September 16. This flight will deliver rural products and technological innovations to the UAE. Subsequently, it is expected to transfer this flight to the status of weekly.

Also, one of the most important moments for business was the lifting of sanctions against Israel. Businessmen gained access to the Middle East market, which will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the development of the region.
